Requirements
There are several employment
based categories which can lead to permanent residency.
If you are a person of extraordinary
skill or talent in arts, science or sports, an executive in
an international organization, a highly educated skilled worker,
a religious worker with at least 2 years of experience and
you are either qualified to self petition or have a qualified,
willing and financially strong employer who has extended a
job offer to you, you may qualify for immigration benefits.
